Consultancy Meta Ads Lead Generation
A complete lead-generation campaign concept for a business consultancy, from offer and audience strategy to creative testing and follow-up.
Demo case study — illustrative results only.
The challenge The consultancy had a valuable service but relied on referrals. Its audience understood the problem, yet the offer felt broad and the existing ads sent people to a generic contact page.
The strategy I reframed the campaign around a focused 30-minute growth diagnostic. We separated cold prospecting from warm retargeting, built three audience themes around founder pain points, and matched every ad to one clear landing-page promise.
Creative system The test plan included short founder-led video, a problem–solution carousel, and a proof-focused static concept. Each variation changed one major variable at a time so the campaign could generate useful learning instead of random results.
Campaign structure Cold audiences received educational and pain-led creative. Engaged visitors moved into a retargeting sequence with service clarity, objection handling, and a direct consultation invitation. Lead quality—not the cheapest form fill—was the primary optimization signal.
Outcome Over the illustrative eight-week demo period, the campaign generated a more predictable flow of relevant consultation requests. The strongest gains came from clarifying the offer and connecting ad promise, landing page, and follow-up message.
What I would improve next The next phase would feed qualified-lead data back into optimization, expand the winning creative angle, and test a short case-study landing page against the diagnostic offer.
